NatureBox is looking for an Customer Success Manager to join our Corporate Sales team.
Our Customer Success team owns every relationship with our rapidly expanding client base. As an Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for facilities, HR, and senior executives at both growing startups and established corporations. It will be your responsibility to understand our clients unique needs, develop balanced snack plans, and drive further NatureBox adoption through upselling and program upgrades.
We’re looking for a natural relationship builder who can manage both day-to-day conversations, as well as high level strategic discussions focused around driving revenue and expanding the NatureBox corporate brand. Huge plus if you are a creative thinker who is not satisfied with the status quo and who will continually help evolve the process/tools of our organization!
