Account Executive

NatureBox is seeking a driven team player to join our fast-paced Sales team as a full-time B2B Account Executive. Our ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, unshakeable hunger for success, a strong self-awareness, and the ability to tell a compelling brand story.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales-cycle of qualified leads from initial outreach through closing call
  • Identify, develop and maintain a sales pipeline with a thoughtful approach
  • Exceed sales targets using forward-thinking value-based sales approaches and techniques
  • Sell the NatureBox story to new leads through in-person meetings, web product demonstrations / demos and snack samplings
  • Work as a team with your Account Manager to set the proper expectations throughout entire sales-cycle
  • Collaborate with other Account Executives to share knowledge and develop new selling strategies that push you and our organization forward

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of high volume quota carrying B2B sales experience
  • Experience developing a territory through inbound nurturing and outbound generation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Evidence of commitment to a sales strategy / methodology
  • History of detailed time management skills
  • Team player with a highly competitive spirit
  • Experience with both transactional and SMB/Mid-market sales (food-tech a plus)
