Growth Marketing Manager

NatureBox is looking for a passionate and creative Growth Marketing Manager. This is a new role focused on unlocking new customer growth and higher lifetime value, using numerous levers across product, marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate will be very comfortable getting deep in the weeds technically as well as contributing at a strategic level.  This position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Acquisition and works closely with our internal marketing, analytics and product teams.


  • Develop and execute growth strategies with an emphasis on driving and converting top-of-funnel traffic across online and offline sources including Facebook, search, radio, TV, podcasts, direct mail and email
  • Pull and analyze data to identify highest impact opportunities and define key performance metrics to monitor success
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing and analytics teams to implement growth initiatives, customer acquisition flow designs and new landing pages
  • Drive A/B testing roadmap and lead implementation of pre-test analysis, test design, execution, statistical measurement and post-test analysis
  • Identify and partner with new technologies and vendors

Experience and Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in performance marketing or product management with a proven track record of hitting aggressive growth goals
  • Exceptional analytical skills and quantitative background, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Experience with SQL, comfortable pulling and formatting data without relying on pre-canned reports
  • Good understanding of emerging growth technologies
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with its fast pace and fluid nature; comfortable delivering results within a small, lean team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS required; MBA or quantitative background strongly desired
